Product features

The machine body is constructed from 304 stainless steel plates, with chains and bearings also made of 304 material. The brush rollers utilize high-strength nylon bristles, and the egg feeding wheels are made of POM. It is capable of washing fresh eggs, salt-water eggs, mud-cured eggs, sesame-paste marinated eggs, and preserved eggs. The equipment features corrosion resistance, an aesthetically pleasing design, and practical functionality.

Professionally designed with reinforced components, it offers exceptional durability and user-friendly operation. After processing by this chicken/duck egg washing machine, the eggs are free from surface dirt, exhibit a uniform glossiness, and appear neat and consistent. The conveyor rollers guide eggs orderly into the brushing rollers. The rotating brushes then provide a thorough scrubbing to clean the egg surfaces. After cleaning, eggs are discharged for manual inspection and removal of defective ones. Finally, approved eggs are conveyed to either a packaging machine or other downstream equipment for further processing.
