Core materials and processes

Substrate: High quality unsaturated polyester resin, supplemented with alkali free glass fiber (content 45% -55%) and inorganic fillers (quartz sand, calcium carbonate) to ensure lightweight and high strength.

Process: High temperature compression molding, high dimensional accuracy, dense structure, surface anti slip patterns and "State Grid" logo are pressed in one go.

Performance: Insulation non-conductive, flame retardant rating up to UL94 V-0, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, UV aging resistance, with a service life of up to 15-25 years.

Product Structure and Characteristics

1. Flat panel cover plate

Structural features: Overall flat design, smooth edges, easy installation, suitable for indoor or shallow ditch scenes with high requirements for flatness of the cover plate.

Advantages: Lightweight (only 1/3 of traditional steel cover plates), easy to handle and maintain manually; Surface anti slip pattern design enhances personnel safety during passage.

Applicable scenarios: power distribution rooms, cable tunnels, indoor cable trenches, etc.

2. Card slot cover plate

Structural features: The side is equipped with a card slot biting structure, which can be tightly fitted with the groove body, effectively preventing strong winds from lifting or vehicles from rolling and shifting.

Advantages: Good sealing performance, waterproof and dustproof, reducing deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction; The bite structure reduces vibration noise and improves operational stability.
