The MNS-type low-votage switchgear assembly (hereinafter referred to as "the Equipment") is a product designed anddeveloned based on imported swichgear technology. Itis suitable for power systems with AC 50/60Hz frequency and ratedoperational yoltage up to 66oy used for controlling power generation transmission distribution eneray conversion andconsumption equipment. The product complies with national standard GB7251-1 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and ControlgearAssemblies", JB/T9661 "Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies" and international standard IEC 439. Thisequipment can be configured into various cabinet frame structures and drawer unit combinations. It incorporates high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components that effectively enhance protective safety performance. Thedrawer units feature compact size, powerful functionality, high interchangeability, convenient maintenance and replacement,as well as reliable contact characteristics.

Structural Features

The basic cabinet frame adopts a modular C-section structural design,with all structural components either zinc-plated or constructed from aluminum-zinc coated steel plates.The primary framework is assembled using self-tapping locking screws and grade 8.8 hexagonal screws for secure interconnection.According to specific design requirements,complete assemblies are formed by integrating doors, cover panels,partitions,mounting brackets,busbars,and functional units.All internal components and compartment dimensions follow standardized modular dimensions(module unit E=25mm).The cabinet achieves protection levels ranging from IP3X to IP4X,ensuring appropriate environmental protection for various installation conditions. The modular construction allows fle;xible configuration while maintaining structural integrity and compliance with industrial standards for low-voltage switchgear assemblies.
