The hydraulic turnover machine is a bulk material unloading device for vehicles, widely used in industries such as chemicals, steel, grain and oil, feed, coal, and cement, as well as units and departments involved in bulk material receiving operations. It includes two types:standard-angle rear-dump unloaders and high-angle rear-dump unloaders. High-angle rear- dump unloaders are specifically designed for unloading bulk materials with poor flow ability, such as coal, ore, and cement.The high-angle unloader can achieve an unloading angle of up to 60°, making it particularly suitable for materials with poor flow ability and high moisture content that are difficult to unload. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC system and operated via remote control, ensuring safe, simple, and reliable operation.
