A gold dredger is mechanical equipment designed for alluvial gold mining in water areas, integrating excavation, screening and separation functions.
It consists of a hull, an excavation system, a screening system, a mineral processing system and a tailings discharge system.
During operation, the excavation system (such as bucket chain or suction type) collects underwater ore sand, which is then screened to remove impurities.
Gold is further enriched by gravity separation based on the density difference between gold and sand-gravel, while tailings are discharged through pipelines.
Suitable for rivers, lakes and other water areas, it serves as core equipment for large-scale alluvial gold mining.
