Centrifugal concentrator is a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment widely used in mineral processing.It utilizes centrifugal force fields to separate mineral particle groups, and is suitable for recovering gold, tungsten, tin, iron and other minerals, especially fine mineral particles.
During operation, the pulp is fed into the drum through the feeding device and rotates at high speed with the drum.Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy minerals are deposited on the inner wall of the drum and rotate together with it, while light minerals rotate at a certain differential speed and are discharged as tailings.After a period of separation, the concentrate is washed down by high-pressure water and discharged.
