The Metso horizontal screen is a high-performance screening equipment. It uses two unbalanced shafts moving relative to each other to generate high-energy elliptical motion, which can strongly stratify materials and achieve high screening accuracy.
The screen surface inclination can be adjusted within the range of 0-10%, with a wide setting range for amplitude and speed parameters. It can also be equipped with tensioned or modular lock-type screen plates to adapt to different working conditions.
Suitable for quarries, mines and other scenarios, it can process various materials such as abrasive rocks, and its output can be increased by 25% compared with traditional vibrating screens of the same specification.
