Reciprocating lawn mower

9L series rake Rotary Mower

Finger Disc Rake
The finger disc rake series is compatible with the three-point hitch of wheeled tractors. Its working component is the toothed finger disc rake. Power is transmitted sequentially between finger disc rakes to form loose, ventilated grass windrows. Adjusting the dial angle can change the windrow width.
Equipped with long spring steel tines, it delivers excellent raking performance and strong ground-following adaptability. The tines are radially arranged on the hub, effectively reducing wind interference and allowing debris to pass through smoothly. A tension spring controls the ground pressure of the finger discs, which can be adjusted via the regulating plate according to crop and field conditions. For transport, the finger discs can be folded to the rear of the tractor. This machine features a simple structure, easy operation, stable performance, low failure rate, high working efficiency and superior raking quality. It is also easy to maintain and offers good power matching. Besides raking, it can be used for weeding and grass tedding to re-spread clustered forage. Matched with our factory’s mowers, it merges three cut-width grass strips into one uniform windrow, facilitating subsequent baling operations.

Hay Baler
The straw baler mainly consists of a pickup, grass roller, sprocket drive system, rope box, rope guide, warning device and hydraulic control mechanism. It realizes automatic straw picking, rope feeding, bundling and rope cutting.
By adjusting the grooved wheel, the rope loop and bale density can be regulated to prevent bale loosening and disorder. Finished bales are small, compact, easy to transport and store.
The machine is composed of the main frame, transmission, feeding, density adjustment, grass-pressing piston, bale length control and traveling wheel mechanisms. It is driven by an electric motor or internal combustion engine via a connecting rod and transmission assembly.
The feeding pressure plate and piston perform reciprocating motion. Crop material is fed into the storage chamber through the inlet, then pushed and compressed forward by the grass-pressing piston. When the preset bale length is reached, the partition plate inserts into the chamber and advances together with the crop. Once the plate exits the chamber, the bale is automatically roped and ready for use.
The baler can be towed by a vehicle or tractor for short-distance transfer on flat ground.
